Orders & Shipping

Standard shipping within the US typically takes 3-7 business days. We also offer expedited options at checkout. All orders are carefully packaged to ensure your new friend arrives safely.

Currently we ship within the United States. We are working on expanding internationally -- sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when we do.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also check your order status anytime by logging into your account and visiting the Orders section.

Since each piece is handmade, we begin preparing your order quickly. If you need to make changes, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate.

Products & Care

Yes! Every single piece is handcrafted with love using premium acrylic and cotton yarns. No two pieces are exactly alike, which makes each one truly unique.

We recommend spot cleaning with mild soap and cool water. For a deeper clean, hand wash gently and lay flat to dry. Avoid machine washing or wringing, as this can damage the stitching.

We use high-quality acrylic and cotton yarns that are soft, durable, and hypoallergenic. Safety eyes are securely fastened with washers, and all stuffing is polyester fiberfill.

Our products are designed as collectibles for ages 14+. Some pieces contain small parts like safety eyes. For younger children, please check individual product listings for age recommendations.

Sales & Damaged Items

All sales are final. Due to the handmade nature of our products and the inability to guarantee the condition of returned items, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review product photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing.

If your item arrives damaged during shipping, contact us at hello@hookerandstitch.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will work with you on a replacement or resolution. Damage caused by the shipping carrier will be handled as a claim with the carrier on your behalf.

If you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at hello@hookerandstitch.com with your order number. We will send the correct item at no charge.

Events & Custom Orders

Yes! We regularly attend local markets and horror conventions. Check our Events page for upcoming appearances -- we would love to meet you in person.

We love custom requests! Send us a message through our Contact page with details about what you have in mind and we will let you know about pricing and timeline.

At this time we do not offer bulk or wholesale pricing. Each piece is individually handcrafted and we focus on quality over quantity. All products are available at retail pricing through our shop.

Account & Privacy

Click the "Sign In" button in the top right corner and select "Create Account." Having an account lets you track orders, save favorites to your wishlist, and check out faster.

We take privacy seriously. All transactions are encrypted with SSL, we never store your full payment details, and we will never sell your data to third parties. Read our full Privacy Policy for more details.

You can request account deletion by contacting us at support@hookerandstitch.com. We will process your request within 30 days and confirm once your data has been removed.
