Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All products are handmade to order. Please allow 5-10 business days for your order to be crafted before it ships. During peak seasons (October/November), processing times may extend to 10-14 business days. We will notify you if there are any unexpected delays.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We offer the following shipping options for US orders:
- Standard Shipping (USPS First Class/Priority): 3-7 business days -- $5.99
- Expedited Shipping (USPS Priority): 2-3 business days -- $12.99
- Free standard shipping on orders over $75
International Shipping
We currently ship to the United States only. International shipping may be available in the future. If you are outside the US and interested in a product, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track your order by logging into your account and viewing your order history.
Shipping Damage
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will work with the carrier to file a claim and ensure you receive a replacement or refund.
Lost Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. If the package cannot be located, contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
PO Boxes & APO/FPO
We ship to PO Boxes and military APO/FPO addresses via USPS. Delivery times may be longer for these addresses.
